Payment

Champs of Denmark ApS receives online payments with Visa / Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Champs of Denmark ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Champs of Denmark ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is with day to day delivery when ordering on a weekday.

Champs of Denmark ApS ships goods with the following: GLS - Package Shop

Shipping is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" to the nearest package mail.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.

Cancellation

14 days full right of return is given on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself. You bear the risk of the goods from the time the goods are delivered, and upon return it is your responsibility to properly pack the goods.

Request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the cancellation right.

Request for use of the right of withdrawal must be sent to email contact@champsofdenmark.com. The notice must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.

Note

• We do not receive parcels sent by mail. COD.
• We do not have the option of picking up shipments sent without distribution.
• Please return the goods securely when you return them and DO NOT place a return label directly on the original packaging.

Condition of return upon return

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you have to try the product in the same way as if you were in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that when you cancel your purchase, you will receive a small portion or none of the purchase amount. It is up to Champs of Denmark ApS to assess the condition of the product.

warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaint regarding errors and deficiencies must be notified to Champs of Denmark ApS within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. Here, max. two months as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint is waived by improper or unusual operation of the product.

You will pay the return costs yourself.
